I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and sometimes even enjoyable. While challenges can be tough to work through, I aim to create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions without judgment. Whether we’re addressing trauma, improving executive function, or building resilience, I focus on real-world strategies that lead to meaningful change.
